"Fast replies, super easy"
I reached out with a quick question and thought, here we go, this might take a while. But nope — they replied fast and got it sorted without turning it into a whole thing. Super easy, no hassle.

"Refund took longer than it should have"
I thought the return would be simple, and maybe it was at first, but then the refund just took way too long to show up. Support did respond, so I guess that’s something, but they didn’t really help much beyond giving vague updates...

"Pretty decent for the price"
For what I paid, I’m happy with it. It’s not perfect, well, I mean, for the price it’s actually hard to complain. Definitely feels like I got my money’s worth

I was happy when I opened it up. The packaging looked really cute and everything was packed nice and neat, which I appreciate because I hate when stuff arrives all messy. It even looked nice sitting on my kitchen counter for a bit while I was unpacking the rest of my mail.

"Delivery showed up right on time"
